I’m a checklist kind of guy, so here’s some things to take action on.
- [ ] Start mixing in some self-care stuff in your day-to-day to help keep your head and relationships on track
- [ ] Give mindfulness meditation and other chill-out strategies a go
- [ ] Make self-care top of the list and draw the line at stress where you need to
- [ ] When things get tough, don't be shy to lean on your friends, family, or a mental health pro
- [ ] If you're dealing with mental health stuff, don't hesitate to hit up a professional for advice and support
- [ ] Be real about your feelings in your relationships
- [ ] If things are rocky with your partner, consider couples therapy
