I’m a checklist kind of guy, so here’s some things to take action on.
- [ ] Spot those nasty behaviors and deal with 'em
- [ ] Find cool ways to let out your feelings without blowing a fuse
- [ ] Be cool with your emotions, let 'em out in a chill way
- [ ] Be a bit empathetic, respect other peeps' independence
- [ ] Spot and deal with any controlling or sneaky tricks
- [ ] Stand up to harmful stuff society's drilled into us
- [ ] Be okay with feeling a bit vulnerable and ask for help when you need it
- [ ] Find better ways to let your feelings out and sort out any beef
- [ ] Be cool with feeling all sorts of emotions
- [ ] Reach out to your buddies, fam, or a mental health pro when you're trying to kick harmful beliefs
- [ ] Get on board with emotional intelligence and learn how to express feelings in a good way
- [ ] Have a think about your thoughts, feelings, and what you do to understand yourself better
- [ ] Practice a bit of empathy and kindness
