I’m a checklist kind of guy, so here’s some things to take action on.
- [ ] Grow a cool vibe of manliness that's all about positive vibes and mental health
- [ ] Ditch those nasty dominance vibes and get into things like empathy, opening up, and respect
- [ ] Buck the old-school stereotypes and welcome a chill, inclusive way of being a dude
- [ ] Get that consent and boundaries are key when you're dealing with others
- [ ] Keep on learning and growing—that's the way to evolve as a person
- [ ] Celebrate everyone's unique vibe and make sure everyone feels included
- [ ] Keep an eye out for chances to learn about and engage with different viewpoints
- [ ] Make diversity and inclusion a part of your everyday life—it's good for your mental health
- [ ] Be there for your bros on their mental health journey—check in, listen, and understand
- [ ] Challenge those old, toxic norms that make guys feel like they can't ask for help
- [ ] Learn up on mental health and know what resources are out there to support men on their path
